Reservation procedure:	Send us an email. We will then send you a reply indicating if rooms are available and what the price will be. If you decide to proceed with the reservation reply to us and we will send you a request for a deposit equal to one day. Payment of the deposit is made through Paypal™. Instructions for making payment will included in the email. Once payment is received we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy	If you make a reservation and then cancel all or part of your stay there is no penalty if the cancellation is made more than one week before the first day of the reservation. Your deposit will be refunded to you throught Paypal™. There is a penalty of 50% of the room charges if the cancellation is made within a week of the first day of the reservation. If a cancellation is made on or after the first day of the reservation there is a penalty of 100% of the room charges.
